Your results will not include certain financial information or driver’s license information or other government-issued identification numbers.

You can ask us to delete the personal information that we have collected about you. We will not delete your information if it is needed to comply with our legal obligations or if another exception applies. For example, we may not delete your personal information related to your requirements to have an ignition interlock device installed.

You should also provide proof of your authorization to act on the other person’s behalf. We will contact you for additional information once your request has been received. We will attempt to verify the individual who authorized you to submit the request.
